Problema :

Veţi întâlni un mesaj de eroare pe Lync / Skype for business Acest tip : PCR down.PNG

Şi "chat Room" nu mai sunt disponibile.


Depanare :

Pe server din Persistant Chat Room aveţi următoarea eroare la nivelul event viewer : PCR down event.PNG 

Microsoft Lync Server 2013, Persistent Chat could not start due to the following exception:
 at 
Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Chat.Server.ServerCommon.Exceptions.StopServerException: CmdID: f172b345-4351-434e-af18-883a28e48034 The server could not restore db connection within the 
allowed time (00:10:00) using connection string: Data Source=lync13sql01;Initial Catalog=mgc;Integrated Security=SSPI;Failover Partner=lync13sql02. ---> 
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. 
The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
 (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The network path was not found


Soluţie :

Este de fapt o pierdere de conexiune SQL între server "Persistent Chat Room" şi server SQL

Reconectaţi (Reţea, probleme de serviciu SQL nu a început ), verificarea unui telnet portul SQL (1433 în mod implicit ) lucrări şi apoi reporniţi serviciul RTCCHAT (Lync Server Persistent Chat)
